Proud Mum!

In the weekend we went to a show, nothing unusual about that, but this time it was the first time that my daughter would do some jumping.

She has always been keen, but the pony has had her back out for a while so we couldnt really jump. Well after Tommy did the back thing, the pony is much better. So she wanted to do some jumping. I hadnt really seen her jump anything other than cavalleties so when she said she wanted to do the 60 cm I raised my eyebrow a bit. But I shouldnt have worried.

Now I love jumping always have, so it didn't surprise me that she loves jumping to. So off she went into the "Eyeopener 60 cm".  There were 10 jumps altogether I think...I think I was more nervous than she was...infact when i asked her afterwards she said she wasnt worried at all.

Anyway she did a clear round and got a well deserved clear round ribbon...she was beaming and so was I. She did it perfectly and to be honest seemed to easy for her, although there was one jump where her horse jumped too high and unseated her ...but she recovered beautifully.

I am such a proud mum!
